Driver's License Vision screening
Beginning January 1, 2025 in order to renew a driver's license you will be required to submit documentation of a vision screening performed by a KYTC-credentialed medical provider in advance of your license renewal visit.
Our provider is a KYTC-credentialed medical provider and is ready to perform your vision screening today. Vision testing forms completed by a credentialed medical specialist may be performed within 12 months of your renewal visit. Schedule your appointment today.

Medical Cannabis Certification
As of January 1, 2025, individuals with a qualifying condition(s) may apply to receive a Medical Cannabis Certification. We are currently performing examinations and submitting certifications for qualified individuals.
During your visit, the provider will review any medical records and perform an examination. Medical Cannabis Certification is valid for one year, at that time you will need to be recertified to determine that you still meet qualifications.
