Laboratory Services 

Offering affordable lab collection & testing. Samples collected during your visit and processed via an outside laboratory. The process is quick and easy. In addition, we offer onsite CLIA waived testing for strep throat, influenza, COVID and more.

Driver's License Vision Exams

Beginning January 2025, vision exams are required in order to renew your driver's license. As a KYTC Credentialed Medical Specialist, our providers can complete your exam today.

Medical Cannabis Certification

Our providers are certified to evaluate you to determine if your condition meets the criteria for medical cannabis certification. Examinations may be completed now; but the effective date in Kentucky is January 2025. Get yours today!
